About me
I am a passionate distiller and liqueur producer. I chose this path deliberately, even if it took a few detours. The development and production process, with all its challenges, is a source of joy when the end result is a product that impresses and is to my own taste.
Today, I run a small, artisanal business where quality always comes before quantity and only products that meet my own high standards are allowed to go into the bottle.
In doing so, I am continuing a family tradition in which six generations before me were distillers and produced liqueurs as royal purveyors.

In the past, much more work was done by hand. For the Christmas season, everything had to be bottled and labeled. My mother is the first on the right, my grandmother the first on the left.

The apprenticeship for distillers had only just been introduced when my mother graduated. For the specialized part of her training, she had to go to Cologne. The examiners in Bayreuth knew less about distilling than their candidate...
